Bridge Teacher Training Program

Our 12-month Bridge Program is divided into two basic components — Theory and Practical. Each component informs the other. Under the close guidance and mentorship of a senior Beyond Pilates teacher, you will gain a cumulative understanding of the classical Pilates method. A gradual progression in complexity will help you build a significant body of knowledge, which you will then put into practice in the studio. Our goal is to create skilled and confident practitioners, who can inspire their clients with the exercises and the philosophy based on the original classical Pilates method.

The program is comprised of 500 hours of instruction, practice, and rigorous training. Students are taught classical Pilates and study every exercise on every piece of equipment in-depth.

The course theory modules are designed to be held over eight weekends:

  • Friday: 2 pm to 7 pm

  • Saturday: 11 am to 7 pm (3 pm to 4 pm break)

  • Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm (1 pm to 2pm break)

Upcoming Module Dates

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • For BP Teacher Training Program Students you must complete BPTT Module 1-4 twice.

  • For BP Bridge Teacher Training Program Students all you must do is complete BPBT Module 1-4 once.
