Semi privates can be arranged after each person has had their initial 4 private sessions. Please discuss with your instructor to set up a time for these classes.
Private Intensive - 1.5 hour
8am - 3pm
11am – 2pm
A comprehensive hour long workout customized for your specific needs. A program will be developed with your fitness goals and performance focus. Great for professional athletes training for competition.
Private Maintenance - 1 hour
8am – 12pm, 3pm - 7pm
10am – 12pm
This 1 hour maintenance session is perfect as part of your ongoing maintenance program or plan a group of these sessions to fast track your goals and switch back to the 45 minute sessions.

A private is a session in which the instructor works directly with a single client. Privates are an excellent way of introducing many fundamental Pilates principles to beginning students, or those who wish to gain more thorough knowledge of the methodology. Mat work and Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels can be incorporated into these sessions. Clients and instructors will work together to address specific areas of interest.
A duet session is designed for two clients with one instructor. Duets work best with clients who are of a similar level, who want to learn like things or focus on specific areas of interest (e.g. mat work or Pilates apparatus). Sessions are booked as a pair.
A trio session is designed for three clients with one instructor. Trio work best with clients who are of a similar level, who want to learn like things or focus on specific areas of interest (e.g. mat work or Pilates apparatus). Sessions are booked as a trio.
